Summary

The SAFe Scrum Master at Gainwell Technologies will guide and coach multiple Agile teams using the Scaled Agile Framework. This role is pivotal in facilitating SAFe ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement and collaboration.

Your Role in Our Mission

As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will have direct responsibility for coaching teams and mentoring fellow Scrum Masters, ensuring that Agile principles are applied effectively. Your strategic insights and hands-on approach will support the overall agile transformation within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate SAFe Ceremonies: Lead Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
  • Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance to Agile teams and fellow Scrum Masters.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify and eliminate obstacles to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as liaison to ensure clear communication of project goals.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop Agile strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor performance metrics including velocity and burndown charts.
  • Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing process enhancements.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Agile Advocacy: Promote Agile principles through workshops and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related fields, along with a SAFe Scrum Master certification. A minimum of 7 years experience as a Scrum Master with at least 3 years in a senior capacity is required. Expertise in Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP) and proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps is essential. Strong communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills are a must, along with familiarity in scaling Agile practices and DevOps methodologies.
