About the Role

The Revenue Enablement Manager at Gainsight plays a key role in accelerating revenue growth and productivity by developing, managing, and delivering training, content, and tools for both Sales and Customer Success teams. Reporting to the Manager, Sales Enablement, this full-time remote role in the United States focuses on creating impactful enablement programs and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement training programs for new hires and ongoing education.
  • Manage a content library for sales and customer success resources.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging modules.
  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop enablement programs for product launches and new messaging.
  • Measure program effectiveness and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Align strategic enablement priorities with Sales and Customer Success leadership.

Qualifications

Applicants should have 3-5 years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and proven success in revenue or sales enablement roles. Excellent communication, presentation, project management skills and a background in instructional design are key.
