This full-time Product Manager, Staircase AI role, reporting to the EVP & GM, Product & Engineering, is a hybrid position based in Tel Aviv.

As a Product Manager, Staircase AI, you will be instrumental in shaping AI-powered customer intelligence within Staircase AI. This involves designing and delivering agentic AI systems and platform capabilities crucial for B2B companies to predict expansion and reduce churn. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment and enjoys collaborative work with customers, engineering, data science, GTM, and customer success teams. We are looking for candidates with strong skills in agentic AI system design, technical product management for enterprise SaaS platforms, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of new AI-powered capabilities and platform features within Staircase AI, managing the process from ideation through launch and adoption.
• Partner with customers, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, and internal stakeholders to uncover insights, validate hypotheses, and ensure product solutions address real customer problems.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to design system architectures, data models, build, and iterate on high-impact features grounded in machine learning and data intelligence.
• Translate complex AI and data concepts into clear, human-centered product experiences that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Contribute to model evaluation strategies, prompt engineering approaches, and multi-agent orchestration patterns for production AI systems.
• Design technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and integration patterns for enterprise-scale platform capabilities.
• Define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements and success metrics aligned with the Staircase AI roadmap and Gainsight’s strategic goals.
• Serve as a customer advocate, engaging directly with users, presenting roadmap updates, and gathering feedback to refine product direction.
• Collaborate with marketing, enablement, and customer success (CS) teams to support successful product launches and ongoing adoption.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in data science, analytics, or computer science.
• 3-5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, with a proven ability to drive product outcomes end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping agentic AI systems or multi-agent workflows, demonstrating deep fluency in AI concepts, model lifecycle, prompt engineering, and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to actively write and 'vibe code' to prototype features, validate approaches, and partner effectively with engineering.
• Experience designing platform architectures, data models, and system integrations for enterprise SaaS products, including understanding scalability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of synthesizing technical and business concepts into clear narratives for diverse audiences, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
• Demonstrated success engaging directly with customers to gather feedback, validate solutions, and build lasting relationships.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience designing agentic AI architectures, multi-agent orchestration, or AI reasoning systems.
• Experience in customer success technology, revenue intelligence, or relationship analytics products.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platform requirements, including data governance, security models, and API design patterns.
