GAC Enterprises, LLC is a well-established telecommunication construction company looking for a Telecom Project Manager to join our New Mexico team. The role involves overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Set milestones, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and compliance
• Prepare project reports and update clients and management
• Audit progress and hold weekly overview meetings
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Travel as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in construction management or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Ability to read engineering drawings
