The role involves overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery in adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Set milestones, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts.
- Conduct site visits for safety and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare project reports and present updates.
- Coordinate with field teams and perform weekly audits.
- Attend weekly overview meetings and manage project closeout packages.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Travel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
