The role involves overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery in adherence to regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Set milestones, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct site visits for safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare project reports and present updates.
  • Coordinate with field teams and perform weekly audits.
  • Attend weekly overview meetings and manage project closeout packages.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Travel as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.
