GAC Enterprises, LLC, a well-established telecommunication construction company in Texas, is seeking a Telecom Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The role includes managing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project milestones and progress
• Resolve conflicts and identify potential risks
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Prepare project reports and update clients and management
• Coordinate with field supervision and manage project risks
• Perform weekly audits and hold project overview meetings
• Audit project closeout packages for quality and consistency
• Ensure adherence to company policies by field personnel
• Travel as needed to support project requirements
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field and have 5-8 years of experience in construction management. Key requirements include:

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software

Physical Requirements & Benefits

Equipment Provided
