GAC Enterprises, LLC, a well-established telecommunication construction company, is seeking a Telecom Project Manager to join our Texas team. The role involves overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Set milestones and monitor progress toward goals
• Resolve conflicts and manage risks
• Conduct site visits to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
• Prepare project reports and present updates
• Coordinate with field supervision and manage customer interactions
• Perform weekly audits and hold project overview meetings
• Audit all project closeout packages for quality
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Travel as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience in construction management or related field
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
