Overview

Join G2i Inc. as a Software Developer for Training AI Data. This is a remote long-term contract opportunity with flexible hours (15-40+ hours per week). Participate in a major project with 1000+ developers where you will help train AI models by auditing tool usage, working with APIs, and handling JSON files.

What Will I Be Doing?

  • Audit AI model's tool usage and API interactions
  • Read, write, and edit JSON files
  • Work with APIs – building, using, and integrating them
  • Solve coding problems in your preferred language
  • Write test cases to confirm code efficiency
  • Create instructions to help train AI models
  • Review and improve technical outputs

Project Details & Expectations

This sprint starts immediately and runs for 10 days with onboarding deadlines in 7-10 days. Work is fully remote with flexible scheduling. The contract is long-term with a potential duration of 2 years, though you can leave any time. There is an expectation of commitment around 12 months and weekly payments based on hours worked.

Interview Process

Apply using the Ashby form, undergo resume screening, complete an async code review (35 minutes, within 72 hours), and perform programming assessments in your strongest language. Then follow standard onboarding steps.

Tech Stack Priorities

Any coding language is welcome. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong attention to detail, experience with APIs and JSON, a solid STEM and coding background, and skills to audit and improve technical implementations. Python is valuable, but proficiency in JavaScript, Java, C++, Ruby, Go, or others is equally important.
