About The Role: Growth Marketing Manager, AI Buyer Solutions

As a Growth Marketing Manager, AI Buyer Solutions, you will operate as a Growth Hacker, driving global go-to-market execution across product, sales, and marketing for G2’s newest AI product ideas. This role involves not just running campaigns, but building, testing, and scaling the motions required to bring AI products to market worldwide at high speed. You will conduct rapid experiments, manage sales pilots, and create self-service funnels, taking ownership to accelerate adoption and make ideas tangible.

In This Role, You Will:

Go-to-Market Engineering – 30%

  • Design and execute rapid global experiments to test product positioning, customer channels, and growth levers to validate demand.
  • Build and launch agile solutions, such as landing pages, workflows, and lightweight tools, using no-code/low-code platforms or coding to maintain startup speed.
  • Measure and iterate quickly on experiments, scaling effective tactics into repeatable GTM motions across various regions.

Product-Market Bridging – 20%

  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define how AI products are packaged, positioned, and delivered for maximum global adoption.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product feedback, ensuring international market learnings influence roadmap priorities.
  • Establish a global feedback loop between market dynamics and product development, fostering continuous alignment with evolving customer needs.

Sales Enablement – 20%

  • Partner with worldwide sales teams to craft compelling pitches, develop pilot programs, and create collateral resonating across diverse customer segments.
  • Implement pilot programs in different markets to validate product-market fit and secure early successes.
  • Empower the global sales force with the necessary tools and narratives to shorten deal cycles and accelerate product adoption.

Self-Service Funnel Building – 15%

  • Design intuitive onboarding, checkout, and trial experiences that enable independent customer adoption, regardless of geographical location.
  • Build and optimize self-service flows for global scalability, prioritizing Product-Led Growth motions while strategically integrating regional sales support.
  • Continuously refine funnels using data and experimentation to maximize conversion and speed-to-value worldwide.

Collaboration with Leadership – 10%

  • Work directly with the GM of AI Solutions to align growth initiatives with overarching global business objectives.
  • Clearly report on growth progress, sharing metrics, key learnings, and strategic recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively across Product, Sales, Engineering, and GTM teams globally to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum for growth initiatives.

Hacking & Shipping – 5%

  • Take full ownership of projects from conception to live experiment to a fully scaled GTM motion.
  • Prioritize speed and resourcefulness, making pragmatic trade-offs to move quickly while maintaining focus on impact.
  • Act like a founder by proactively identifying opportunities, solving problems, and advancing initiatives without constant direction.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, product management, or a hybrid SaaS/startup role.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing end-to-end experiments that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating insights, positioning, and results to both technical and business audiences.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales teams to bring offerings to market globally.
  • Comfort with no-code/low-code tools, analytics, and (bonus) some coding ability (JavaScript, Python, or similar).
  • Demonstrated success thriving in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, ideally as part of an early-stage or founding team.

  • Familiarity with PLG motions and self-service funnel design at scale.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing platforms, analytics, and growth experimentation frameworks.
  • Technical literacy — ability to collaborate deeply with engineers or prototype independently.
  • Passion for AI products and how they reshape industries.
