About the Role

The Financial Planning Analyst role at G-STAT is a high-impact position central to the organization’s strategic decision-making process. You will lead financial budgeting and forecasting, analyze financial performance, and support data-driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze financial performance vs. budget and key targets
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations
  • Deliver strategic insights and identify trends
  • Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Sales departments

Requirements

  • B.A. in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting (MBA is a plus)
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, budget planning, or FP&A
  • High proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Analytical mindset, highly organized, and detail-oriented
