G Lounge is a newly reimagined cocktail lounge in the heart of Chelsea, focused on delivering elevated service, premium drinks, and a polished guest experience. We are building a strong, professional team and are looking for reliable, hardworking Bar Backs to support our bartenders and keep service running smoothly.

Position Overview
We are seeking experienced, motivated Bar Backs who take pride in their work and thrive in fast-paced nightlife environments. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Stock and restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas at all times
- Change kegs, refill ice, and support bartenders during service
- Collect and wash glassware quickly and efficiently
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Requirements
- Prior barback or bar experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to move quickly and efficiently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (kegs, ice, cases)
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team-oriented mindset
- Availability for nights and weekends

We are conveniently located off the 1 train at the 18th Street stop.
Ask for a manager upon arrival.
