Job Overview
At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Assistant Sales Manager helps drive business success by working closely with Store Managers. This role promotes operational effectiveness, exceptional customer service, and serves as a role model for associates.
Responsibilities
- Sales: Meet personal sales goals and motivate store sales performance.
- Service: Deliver exemplary customer service, maintain clean customer areas, and ensure merchandise meets visual merchandising standards.
- Leadership: Direct associates to ensure floor coverage and task completion.
- Training: Support staff development through training, coaching, and orientation on company standards.
Qualifications
- Two+ years of specialty retail leadership experience (fashion preferred).
- Post-secondary education encouraged; retail management degree a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
