About the Role

At DKNY, our Assistant Sales Manager helps drive business success by working closely with Store Managers to promote operational effectiveness and ensure superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales: Meet personal sales goals and inspire associates to drive store sales performance.

Service: Provide exemplary customer service, maintain clean customer areas, and present merchandise to company standards.

Leadership: Guide associates, ensure floor coverage, and complete daily tasks.

Training: Develop, train, and coach new and existing associates to meet company expectations.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of specialty retail experience in a leadership role.
  • Fashion retail background preferred.
  • Post-secondary education encouraged; retail management degree a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
