At Karl Lagerfeld Paris, our Assistant Sales Manager helps drive business success by working closely with Store Managers. This role promotes operational effectiveness, exceptional customer service, and serves as a role model for associates.

Responsibilities

  • Sales: Meet personal sales goals and motivate store sales performance.
  • Service: Deliver exemplary customer service, maintain clean customer areas, and ensure merchandise meets visual merchandising standards.
  • Leadership: Direct associates to ensure floor coverage and task completion.
  • Training: Support staff development through training, coaching, and orientation on company standards.

Qualifications

  • Two+ years of specialty retail leadership experience (fashion preferred).
  • Post-secondary education encouraged; retail management degree a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
