About The Role

The System Support Analyst is responsible for managing all incoming support requests and delivering technical assistance to users. The successful candidate will work closely with developers, technology managers, and internal teams to provide a unified support experience across our software systems.

Main Responsibilities

  • Handle and classify system support inquiries from creation to resolution.
  • Maintain support documentation and build a knowledge base for common issues.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to improve processes and reporting workflows.
  • Administer user access and perform bulk data updates as required.
  • Participate in testing, QA/QC processes, and support planning for system releases.

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience supporting 3rd party and in-house developed software.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem solving.
  • Ability to influence outcomes and prioritize competing requests.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, MSFT Office 365, and more.
