About The Role

We’re looking for a Middle Business Analyst to join our Treasury team and help us improve, streamline, and automate key operational processes. You’ll dive into existing workflows, identify bottlenecks and manual work, gather business requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable solutions. Your focus will be on making Treasury processes more efficient, scalable, and automated - from analyzing how things work today to designing better processes and supporting their implementation. This is a great fit for someone with a strong analytical mindset and hands-on experience in business or process analysis, within fintech, payments, financial operations, or another data-driven environment.

Your Mission

• Analyze existing treasury processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation

• Gather, document, and prioritize business and operational requirements

• Map current workflows and design more efficient future-state processes

• Work closely with Treasury, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to implement process improvements

• Prepare clear documentation, process descriptions, and business requirements

• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and trends

• Support automation initiatives by translating business needs into actionable requirements

• Participate in testing new functionality and validating implemented solutions

• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and suggest further optimizations

• Support the Treasury Lead with process-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Treasury Analyst, or in a similar analytical role

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex operational processes

• Experience working with large datasets and drawing meaningful conclusions

• Ability to document business requirements, workflows, and process documentation clearly

• Strong communication skills and the ability to gather requirements from different stakeholders

• Experience conducting interviews, workshops, or discovery sessions with business teams

• Excellent attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)

• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from analysis to implementation

• Good level of English and fluent Russian
