Role Overview: Talent Acquisition GTM Engineer

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition GTM Engineer to develop and manage GTM systems tailored specifically for talent acquisition use cases. This is a builder-focused role, not a consulting position, requiring direct involvement with live client engines. Your responsibilities will include mapping markets, configuring Clay tables, integrating automation, tracking critical candidate and hiring signals, and transforming complex, unstructured data into functional infrastructure. This is a full-time, fully remote position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building and managing Clay tables as the foundational GTM and data layer.
  • Designing signal-based workflows to track candidate movement, live vacancies, hidden hiring signals, and CRM reactivation opportunities.
  • Enriching, segmenting, validating, and scaling talent market data.
  • Integrating Clay with various CRMs, outreach tools, Slack, email, and other automation platforms.
  • Developing scalable outbound and engagement workflows for recruitment and talent acquisition teams.
  • Optimizing live systems based on performance metrics and the quality of signals identified.
  • Collaborating closely with strategists and copywriters to ensure system functionality and messaging are aligned.

Must-Have Experience

  • Strong, hands-on expertise with Clay, including proficiency in multi-table builds, data enrichment, and signal tracking (this is non-negotiable).
  • Proven track record of implementing GTM systems, not just conceptual planning.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and various APIs, alongside CRM integrations.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute in terms of systems, workflows, and signals.
  • Comfortable working with imperfect data while maintaining ownership of delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively in a remote setting.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in recruitment, executive search, or internal talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms or recruitment CRMs.
  • Experience with signal-based or event-driven workflows.
  • Exposure to AI enrichment or personalization tools.
