We are currently looking for a dedicated individual for our B2B Customer Care department. In your role, you will support pharmacies and doctor's offices and answer their questions about our innovative FUTRUE products. Your Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for pharmacies and doctors regarding all pre- and after-sales inquiries about FUTRUE products.
  • Process orders, handle order fulfillment and return requests, and answer questions about products, orders, and invoices – by phone and in writing.
  • Enter orders into the CRM system, maintain customer data, and ensure daily order processing.
  • Actively contribute to optimizing internal processes and support the further development of our B2B customer service.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with your friendly, professional demeanor and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or vocational training, ideally in a pharmaceutical, medical, or commercial field (e.g., PTA, MFA, or industrial clerk).
  • Proven experience in B2B customer support, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proficient in MS-Office and experience with CRM systems or customer information tools.
  • You love to solve customer issues independently and don't give up until you find the best solution.
  • You work in a structured, reliable, and precise manner – even when things need to move quickly.
  • You enjoy working in a team and want to break new ground in an innovative environment.
  • Negotiation-level German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2).
