History Teacher at Fusion Academy
Fusion Academy is the school that changes everything! We are a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 5–12. As a History Teacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. Our diverse team of lifelong learners shares a mission to personalize education for every student — academically, socially, and emotionally. Please note: Not all campuses serve grades 4 and 5, and specific details will be shared during the interview process.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or a teaching credential is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to teach a wide range of courses (World and U.S. History, Government, and Economics), following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
- Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
- Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
- Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
- Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem-solve as needed.
