You Have
- (First) professional experience in (tele-)sales
- A desire to convince our customers and us with your service- and solution-oriented approach
- A good sense for people and opportunities, as well as strong negotiation skills
- Routine handling of CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Time and willingness, because if you start with us in Berlin or Cologne, your onboarding will partly take place in Munich. We organize and pay for accommodation, travel to and from, and occasional trips home.
You Will
- Acquire new customers for our job boards by phone
- Advise on topics such as personal marketing and employer branding
- Understand the individual challenges of potential customers and solve them together with them
- Conduct needs analyses, objection handling, and lead processing
- Maintain your network within your responsible sales area
- Support your colleagues and exchange ideas with them in listening-ins and sparring sessions to improve
