Role Description

As a Technical Software Support Engineering Lead, you will work within our Customer Success group as a technical liaison and leader. You will work directly with clients to gather requirements and implement FundGuard, manage a small team of client-facing technical resources, and support the business implementation team in tasks such as environment setup, integrations, and tier 2 support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with clients to integrate customers’ upstream and downstream systems.
  • Integrate customer data into FundGuard’s data model.
  • Develop and implement custom codebases per client needs.
  • Manage and enhance live product data pipelines.
  • Support Proof of Concept, new customer onboarding, and production management.
  • Collaborate with client success and development teams.
  • Support use of the Data Mapping Tool.
  • Establish relationships to obtain necessary subject knowledge.
  • Manage and support direct reports on the technical team.
  • Provide Tier 2 functional support and triage critical client issues.

Requirements

  • B.A. in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics/Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.
  • On-site presence in a hybrid model is required.
  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is a must.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis or software development.
  • 4+ years in technical solutions/support in a client-facing role.
  • Preferred experience in SaaS integrations and financial markets.
  • Working knowledge of a coding language such as Java, NoSQL, or scripting languages.
  • Experience managing data pipelines and teams of direct reports.
  • Ability to delegate in a fast-paced environment.
