Functions
The RSC (Corporate Social Responsibility) Technician is a newly created role to meet the service needs and the entity's RSC and social commitment area. This position reports to the RSC Directorate. It is a transversal role with significant responsibility in the operational implementation of RSC projects and support in the compliance area, with a special focus on social impact, ethical culture, and responsible management. The functions include diverse tasks within the scope of RSC and compliance at various levels: environmental, social, regulatory, ethical, and good governance.
- RSC: Social and environmental projects, volunteering, awareness-raising, and community impact.
- Compliance and Good Governance: Data protection, ethical channel, regulations, indicators, audits, and best practices.
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Education, Law, Humanities, or similar.
- Complementary Training: Certifications and training in knowledge areas related to environmental issues, organizational ethics, and regulations applied to foundations are valued.
- Experience in the healthcare, social, or educational fields, and interest in these sectors, will be valued.
What We Offer
- Permanent contract.
- 40-hour work week, distributed Monday to Friday.
- Start date: May.
- Salary: According to the SISCAT collective agreement (salary adheres to the conditions established in the agreement).
- Location: Barcelona.
- On-site dining facility for employees.
- Initial training during onboarding, highly focused on the specificities of the job.
