Role Overview

As a Python Developer Process Engineer at Function Health, you will develop Python scripts, integrate APIs, and automate operational processes to enhance the member experience. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development Excellence: Craft and refine Python scripts focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • API Mastery: Integrate APIs such as Intercom, Stripe, Mailgun, and Google Sheets.
  • Innovative Problem-Solving: Identify and automate operational inefficiencies independently.
  • Agile Adaptation: Modify and upgrade scripts in line with operational needs.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work with diverse teams to streamline processes.
  • Quality & Scalability: Ensure reliable and scalable script performance.
  • Member Experience Triage: Serve as tier 2 support for technical issue resolution.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Python development, scripting, and API integrations.
  • Proficiency with Colab Enterprise and key APIs.
  • Experience with Git and cloud function deployments is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Basic English proficiency and a proactive, self-starter attitude.

  • Demonstrated bias toward action and entrepreneurial spirit.
