Your Mission

As a Nurse Practitioner at Ezra within Function Health, you will provide concierge-level clinical care to members, conduct telehealth consultations, review medical histories, generate medical orders and imaging reports, participate in clinical research, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical workflows and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities and Who You Are

You are a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of experience. You are mission-driven, patient-centric, and comfortable with telehealth platforms such as Zoom and Slack. Your role involves asynchronous reviews, telehealth consultations, generating medical orders, preparing clear and actionable imaging reports, and aiding in clinical research and SOP development.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Family Nurse Practitioner (DNP/FNP).
  • Active board certification in Family Nurse Practice (FNP); Adult Medicine.
  • Minimum of 3 years advanced clinical experience.
  • Licensed in at least CA, NY, or TX (multiple states preferred).
  • Experience with telehealth platforms and a quiet, high-speed internet enabled work environment.
  • Ability to conduct clinical research is preferred.
