About the Role

Fullstory’s UX team is searching for a Staff Product Designer who reports to the Head of User Experience. This role is perfect if you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring teams, and shaping best-in-class digital experiences.

Daily Responsibilities

In a typical day, you might:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to shape UX strategy.
  • Own design across the product development lifecycle.
  • Conduct informed research and experimentation.
  • Participate in customer calls for user insights.
  • Advocate for lovable products through design reviews and system improvements.
  • Utilize AI tools such as Gemini and AgentSpace.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of product design experience, including 2+ years in a B2B SaaS environment, a history of leadership in cross-disciplinary initiatives, and a robust portfolio showcasing iterative software design focused on discovery and user experience.

Impact

In 6 months, you will represent UX within the triad and perform the necessary UXR activities with minimal support. In 12 months, you will shape UX strategies linking user experience to business outcomes.
