About the Senior Sales Engineer Role
This role at Fullstory can be performed remotely anywhere within the Pacific and Mountain Time Zones of the United States. As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will report to the Manager of Solution Engineering and become a critical component in enabling our Account Executives with powerful demos, customized pitch decks, advanced product knowledge, and compelling business case proposals across both Commercial and Enterprise Segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate communication with prospects and customers.
- Lead product demonstrations to drive deals to close.
- Consult with prospects to align business needs with Fullstory capabilities.
- Act as a trusted technical SME and advisor.
- Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) in the sales process.
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Engineering based on customer feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates should have at least 3+ years in a Sales/Solutions Engineering or Consulting role within the data, analytics, or SaaS industries. Proven experience with product demonstrations, data analysis presentations, as well as understanding of modern web technologies like JavaScript, CSS, and HTML is essential. Experience with selling or implementing AI technologies will also be advantageous.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $119,000 to $140,000 USD with an OTE of $170,000 to $200,000 USD.
