WebRezPro, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a property management system (cloud-based software) used by the hospitality industry in more than 40 countries. Our product support department is looking for a dynamic entry-level Product Support Specialist to help our clients navigate our software via phone, email and screen sharing.
Qualifications include amazing client experience skills, ability to work from home, a general aptitude with computers and the internet, as well as a knack for learning new software programs. Hospitality experience is a plus. This is a full-time, work-from-home position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support and guidance to our clients via email, phone and screen sharing.
- Maintain current knowledge of WebRezPro software.
- Use Zendesk to process customer support tickets.
- Work with Programming and Sales Departments to ensure client satisfaction.
- Perform internal processes such as going-live checklists, setting alarms and recording customers service notes.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and computer systems.
- Prior technical support experience is preferred.
- Hospitality experience is beneficial.
Experience and Education Requirements
- Critical thinker.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work as a team player while working remotely.
- Tourism/hotel experience is an asset.
