The Position: AI Solutions Architect

As the AI Solutions Architect at FullStack, you will join the AI Lab to drive AI sales and strategic consulting initiatives. You will combine technical expertise, business development, and thought leadership to design AI strategies aligned with client objectives and lead cross-functional teams in delivering transformative AI projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Strategic AI Consulting & Technical Expertise: Advise clients on AI technology implementation, develop AI roadmaps, and collaborate with teams.
  • Thought Leadership & Influence: Publish blogs and whitepapers, speak at conferences, and engage on social media.
  • AI Lab Best Practices: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, develop solution offerings, and assist marketing strategies.
  • Business Development & Sales: Identify and close business opportunities, craft tailored proposals and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years in AI consulting, strategy, or technology sales with a focus on AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven track record in business consulting and delivering large-scale AI projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI technologies and machine learning.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Established network in the AI and technology community.
  • A passion for innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
