The Role
As the Staff Product Manager - AI Platform and Experiences, you will define strategy and drive execution for practitioner-facing AI experiences. You will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams, ensuring our AI capabilities are reliable, scalable, and thoughtfully integrated.
About our AI Platform
Our AI capabilities are live in production and evolving. They include LLM-backed assistive workflows, shared platform context services, serverless delivery, and robust monitoring. While not a hands-on engineering role, a strong technical understanding is essential.
What You'll Do
- Set direction and strategy for AI experiences.
- Translate ambiguous challenges into clear product opportunities.
- Lead the evolution of AI-powered assistive and embedded experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Data.
- Establish metrics and quality standards for AI features.
What You Bring
- 8+ years of product management experience.
- Strong systems thinking and technical collaboration skills.
- Understanding of AI systems, distributed systems, and APIs.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and technical tradeoffs.
Bonus
- Experience in AI-assisted or decision-support products.
- Exposure to healthcare or regulated environments.

Compensation
Salary ranges between 140,000 and 170,000 CAD base, plus benefits and equity.
