About the Customer Support Specialist Role

This position is designed for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics management at an innovative and growing operator. You will join our office team in the logistics area to provide administrative support and ensure smooth operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for order management, shipments, and returns.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers.
  • Update databases and logistical documentation.
  • Assist in stock control and incident tracking.
  • Utilize management tools and Excel for operational analysis.

Requirements

  • Education in Administration, Logistics, or Administrative Management.
  • University graduate, Technical Superior (CFGS) or Technician (CFGM) with up to 18 months post-graduation.
  • No prior professional experience related to the field.
  • No previous internship via FEUZ.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Familiarity with order management tools or CRM.
  • Intermediate level of English (valued).
