The Role of a HubSpot Consultant

As a HubSpot Consultant at Fulcrum, you will be central to the client relationship, bridging onboarding with long-term client success. This is an account-led position, where you will own client conversations, shape solutions, and ensure clients achieve ongoing, measurable improvements through their HubSpot and AI-enabled systems. You will collaborate closely with HubSpot specialists and delivery teams to map phased rollout plans, guide implementation, and continuously refine sales and marketing workflows. While staying connected to delivery, your primary value lies in understanding client businesses, setting strategic direction, and aligning efforts with clear outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading discussions to uncover their goals and reporting needs.
  • Translate client objectives into precise briefs for HubSpot specialists and the solutions architect.
  • Set and manage expectations regarding communication, timelines, and deliverables, confidently guiding clients as needed.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborating with technical teams and reviewing work before client presentation.
  • Analyze client system usage to identify and implement improvements for HubSpot and connected workflows.
