Fulchester Consultants is recruiting on behalf of a client for a Chief Executive Officer Coach.
This is a senior, full-time remote role designed for a trusted executive advisor who can help a CEO strengthen leadership effectiveness, improve strategic focus, and build stronger alignment across key stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Trusted To Do
- Partner directly with a CEO to strengthen leadership effectiveness, executive presence, and strategic decision-making
- Support the development of clear priorities, leadership routines, and accountability structures
- Help improve alignment across executive teams around business goals, communication, and execution
- Provide structured guidance on stakeholder management involving investors, board-level participants, customers, and senior partners
- Contribute to conversations around growth strategy, organisational performance, and leadership effectiveness
- Help identify leadership blind spots, execution friction, and communication gaps, then turn them into actionable improvementplans
- Support the CEO through high-stakes decisions, change periods, and business growth milestones
- Encourage sustainable leadership habits that improve clarity, resilience, and organisational confidence

What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience working with senior executives, founders, or C-suite leaders
- Strong understanding of leadership effectiveness, business performance, and strategic execution
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders with discretion, credibility, and sound judgment
- Experience supporting leaders through growth, transformation, or high-pressure decision environments
- Excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and business acumen
Experience That Would Be Especially Valuable
- Prior experience advising CEOs, founders, or executive leadership teams
- Background in business transformation, executive advisory, leadership development, or organisational performance
- Exposure to investor-facing or board-facing environments
- Experience in SaaS, AI, machine learning, software, or technology-enabled businesses
- MBA or other advanced business qualification may be valuable
- Equivalent senior-level experience will also be considered
