Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation and Conversion: Oversee lead qualification and early-stage opportunity development, working closely with marketing and sales teams.
- Team Performance: Lead, coach, and mentor the inside sales team, setting clear KPIs.
- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement sales cadences, workflows, and playbooks using tools like Salesforce.
- Collaboration: Integrate inside sales into broader go-to-market strategies and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Transferable Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate has proven experience in leading inside sales or sales development in a B2B IT services environment, strong interpersonal and coaching skills, and the ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
