Job Description
Cyber Security Specialist at Fujitsu
Fujitsu is seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Specialist with extensive experience in IT and Communications consulting services. This role focuses on the administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products within hybrid and multi-cloud environments, as well as securing systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT and Communications consulting, specifically in the management, administration, operation, and monitoring of cloud products in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Extensive experience in system security projects, including secure design of servers, databases, email systems, document managers, content managers, collaboration environments, and cloud services.
- Minimum 1 year of experience applying DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
Additional Training and Certifications
- Minimum 50 hours in Outsourcing Service Management courses, covering hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Minimum 40 hours in Project Management courses for cloud product administration, operation, and monitoring in hybrid and multi-cloud settings.
- Minimum 40 hours of training in quality standards, methodology, and configuration management for hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Certification in one of the following: CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) from EC-Council, OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) from Offensive Security, or ISO 27001 auditor accreditation.
- Minimum 24 hours of training in DevOps and/or Agile (Scrum) methodologies.

- University degree in Cybersecurity.
- Master's degree in Cybersecurity.
- Additional cybersecurity certifications.
Required Education
- University Degree (pre-Bologna): Bachelor's Degree or Superior Engineer, or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or sciences.
- University Degree (post-Bologna): Level 3 (Master's) MECES or Level 7 EQF, or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or sciences.
- Alternatively, a Diploma or Technical Engineer degree (pre-Bologna) or Level 2 (Bachelor's) MECES or Level 6 EQF, or equivalent in the cited areas, is acceptable with an additional 24 months of professional experience beyond the minimum requirement.
