About the Role
The Data Entry Specialist in MI Business Operations plays a crucial role within the Medical Informatics team at Fujifilm America. The position is responsible for accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance of customer support contracts and associated assets within enterprise systems like ERP and CRM. The role involves establishing and maintaining correct relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms to ensure data integrity for billing, reporting, and service delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Enter and update support contract data in ERP, CRM, or contract management systems.
- Establish, link, and maintain relationships between serial numbers, product IDs, and contract terms.
- Verify contract dates, coverage levels, and entitlements for each asset.
- Conduct periodic data audits for consistency across systems.
- Process contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and terminations.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records per data governance policies.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs.
- Support process improvements for better system integration.
- Manage email inquiries with timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in business administration or data management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, contract administration, or asset management.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and enterprise data systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Understanding of service support agreements and renewal processes.
