About The Role: Director, eDiscovery

This Director position is part of FTI Consulting's Technology practice, which leverages modern review platforms for native document review and case management. As a Director, you will manage multiple aspects of specific client matters, primarily providing professional consulting services to corporations and law firms for coordinating document review and production using technologies like Relativity and/or Nuix Discover.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project activities, coordinating with consultants, supervisors, and client personnel.
• Apply analytical skills and existing methodologies to various client situations, while also creating novel, customized solutions.
• Utilize logical reasoning to deliver comprehensive client service.
• Ensure high-quality product delivery and adherence to established project timelines.
• Identify and introduce additional FTI services to clients as appropriate.
• Provide exceptional client service in demanding, deadline-driven environments.
• Maintain a professional image both within the firm and externally.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience utilizing eDiscovery technology (Relativity, Nuix Discover, and/or Reveal).
• Ability to travel to client sites and FTI office(s) as required.
• Must be currently authorized to work in Canada on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access and SharePoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and client interface skills.
• Proven ability to deliver outstanding client service in high-pressure, deadline-driven situations.
• Capability to work independently within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
