About the Role

The Junior Customer Success Manager at FTAPI is responsible for supporting a broad portfolio of customers with simple organizational structures. You will help customers onboard, utilize our products effectively, and ensure satisfaction through regular check-ins and documentation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer onboardings according to established playbooks
  • Provide initial contact post-contract and support early usage
  • Perform regular check-ins to ensure successful product utilization
  • Deliver online training sessions for administrators and end-users
  • Monitor customer activity and document interactions in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Product teams for inquiries, bugs, and feature requests
  • Contribute to enhancing Customer Value, NPS, CSAT, and reducing churn

The Challenge

You will learn to prioritize multiple customer requests, gain deep product and customer usage knowledge, and gradually become a trusted advisor for your portfolio.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree or commercial training
  • Experience in Customer Success, IT-related customer service or similar role in SaaS
  • Enthusiasm for digital tools, IT security and digitalization
  • Confidence with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or willingness to learn quickly
  • Structured, reliable and meticulous work style
  • Excellent communication skills and customer interaction aptitude
  • High willingness to learn and team orientation
  • Excellent German language skills (C1 minimum)
