About The Role

As a CRM Operations & Analytics Executive/Senior Executive, you will support the organization’s CRM Centricity and Data Transformation initiatives. The role will focus on strengthening CRM governance, ecosystem account development, workflow automation, and analytics enablement to improve enterprise visibility and reporting accuracy.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to standardize CRM data structures, enhance parent-child hierarchy mapping, support Transformation Journey integration, and enable reporting and automation enhancements within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Governance & Standardization
  • Support CRM database restructuring, entity alignment, and hierarchy standardization.
  • Assist in ecosystem account enrichment and Transformation Journey mapping.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure compliance with governance standards.
Workflow Automation & Process Enablement
  • Configure and manage workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for approvals, notifications, and data updates.
  • Strengthen quality check mechanisms to improve data accuracy and operational consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to track CRM, ecosystem, and performance metrics.
  • Support data extraction, validation, and reporting using SQL where required.
  • Demonstrate working familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and its role in the broader analytics ecosystem.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain CRM process documentation and support training initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve reporting frameworks.

Required Competencies

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with 1–3 years of relevant experience, capable of collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders.

Technical Skills

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (workflows, business rules, entity structures).
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for data validation and reporting support.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or modern data ecosystems is an added advantage.
