  • Manage all aspects of event production, including sourcing, budgeting, scheduling, and vendor negotiations.
  • Manage onsite schedule for load-in, build, break down, and load out of events; oversee all aspects of the venue, on-site vendors, and production staff.
  • Own ROS (Run of Show) for internal programs, external vendors, and sponsor partners.
  • Communicate technical requirements and deadlines clearly to vendors, speakers, internal stakeholders, and sponsor contacts.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects.
  • An organized multitasker who can work on a variety of projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to oversee Production Coordinators, Production Assistants, Interns, and Volunteers.
  • Able to solve problems on-site in a calm and professional manner.
  • Aware of the latest industry event trends.
  • Floor Plan Design experience (CADs) is a plus.
