Job Overview
As an Application Engineer at Fronius India, you will be responsible for providing first-level application technical support to end clients and dealers within a specific region. This role involves offering expert advice, managing software installations and updates, and conducting welding demonstrations and training sessions. You will also be involved in test welds, commissioning of welding systems, and production start-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application technical advice to end clients and dealers.
- Install and update Fronius software.
- Organize and conduct welding demonstrations and training.
- Organize, carry out, and document test welds.
- Perform services including commissioning of welding systems, expert training, and production start-up.
- Create application-specific welding parameters.
- Participate in trade fairs and support national events.
- Relay market and customer feedback to the company.
- Assist with system configurations for complex system offers.
- Manage the storage of demonstration and rental equipment.

- Technical qualification in a metalworking field (e.g., pipeline construction, steel engineering, machine construction, shipbuilding).
- Proficiency in sales/communication technology.
- Strong presentation skills.
