Job Description
About the Role
Do you know your machines inside and out and ensure they run smoothly at all times? For our cheese packaging center in Wolvega, we are looking for an Operations Expert who serves as a specialist for our packaging lines. The factory doesn't run without you!
As an expert in your field, you possess extensive technological knowledge of our packaging lines, enabling you to analyze problems systematically and resolve them quickly. You often form a crucial link between the Line Operator and technician to jointly resolve issues.
For more complex line malfunctions, you will be deployed to identify the root cause of deviations and resolve them, sometimes in collaboration with a technician or supplier. You proactively identify potential deviations that threaten the continuity of our processes and take adequate action.
You have specialist knowledge of technologies used on our packaging lines, such as Multivac, Weber, and various other machines. You are eager to further specialize through training and self-study. You have an eye for potential line improvements and proactively contribute to continuous improvement (CI) projects.
Staying true to who you really are, that is your starting point at FrieslandCampina. By embracing our differences, we can grow together. We aim to create a working environment that allows all employees to bring their best and authentic selves. If our culture suits you, but you're not sure if you're the best fit for this role, we still encourage you to apply so we can help you find the role that fits you best.
