Pantry Warehouse Support

Purpose: The Pantry Warehouse Support role ensures shelves are stocked and the community is served. Under the direction of the Pantry Manager, tasks include unloading trucks, moving heavy pallets, and organizing the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Clean, maintain, and organize the warehouse area.
- Stock shelves and unload pallets/trucks with food supplies.
- Assist in supervising volunteers and handling client data.
- Ensure compliance with Utah Food Bank, USDA, and food safety standards.
- Perform recordkeeping and report critical incidents as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; non-profit experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills in English; Spanish desirable.
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks and lift 75+ lbs.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and database software.
- Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one) required.
Compensation & Benefits: Wage range from $14 to $18 per hour. This part-time position includes Medical/Vision/Dental, Transportation Allowance, Paid Time Off, and a 401k plan.
