Join our team as a Spécialiste clinique InHealth Technologies

This role is remote, based in Quebec, Canada, with a preference for the greater Montreal area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitor products, physiology, and relevant medical literature to position our products as appropriate solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders.
  • Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained and a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Participate in and provide support for trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related activities as needed and/or as directed by management (including some weekends).
  • Communicate and report on activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments, in accordance with management directives.
  • Achieve and/or exceed the annual sales plan, year-over-year growth targets, and field activity indicators, as defined by management.
  • Travel and meet with clients in the province of Quebec and the Eastern provinces, while ensuring efficient travel and expense management, in accordance with management directives and corporate travel and expense policies.

Desired Profile

  • If previous professional experience is clinical in nature: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (preferred); or Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including a concentration in life sciences, speech-language pathology, or nursing (Registered Nurse – RN).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in voice restoration or a related field (preferred).
  • If previous professional experience is sales-related: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of external sales experience with clinical care teams and other healthcare professionals who contribute to patient care; direct product promotion experience with patients is required.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Quebec French.
  • Exceptional punctuality, reliability, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and demonstrate empathy towards customers with speech disorders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.
  • High motivation to solve problems; when troubleshooting, ability to work effectively with the client while gathering necessary information.
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to learn, apply, and easily discuss pathological conditions and product characteristics with clients.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking, effective planning, and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts.
  • Ability to adapt sales approach to various specialties and customer segments.
  • Ability to use computer software and sales support technology tools for planning, forecasting, sales activity analysis, data research, sales visit support, and medical training presentations.
  • Travel required up to 70%, approximately three (3) weeks out of four (4) per month, applying efficient travel practices.
  • Residence in the province of Quebec, with the greater Montreal area preferred to facilitate access to air and ground transportation.
