Job Description

As a member of the Data Platform team, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how Freshworks Datalake can harnessed to the fullest in making data-driven decisions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the backbone of our data platform by building robust pipelines that turn complex data into actionable insights using AWS and Databricks platform.
  • Be a data detective by ensuring our data is clean, accurate, and trustworthy.
  • Write clean, efficient code that handles massive amounts of structured and unstructured data.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient in major languages such as Scala and Kafka.
  • Write elegant and maintainable code, and be comfortable with new technologies.
  • Proficient in working with distributed systems and experience with various distributed processing frameworks like Spark.
  • Experience with different AWS services and Databricks to build end-to-end data solutions.
  • Requires 4.5–11 years of experience in a related field.
