Job Description

As a member of the Data Platform team, you will transform Freshworks Datalake into a strategic asset for data-driven decisions. You will drive the backbone of our data platform by building robust pipelines, ensuring data quality, and writing efficient code to process massive structured and unstructured data.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Build robust pipelines using AWS and the Databricks platform.
  • Ensure data is clean, accurate, and trustworthy.
  • Write clean, efficient code for large-scale data processing.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Scala and Kafka with the ability to quickly adopt new technologies.
  • Experience with distributed systems and processing frameworks like Spark.
  • Hands-on experience with various AWS services and Databricks for end-to-end data solutions.
  • 4.5–11 years of experience in a related field.
