Job Description

The Deals Desk Analyst is a key business partner supporting our channel sales organization. Working at the intersection of Sales, Partner Operations, Legal, and Finance, you will help structure and close partner-led opportunities, ensuring smooth and compliant deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Transaction Support: Advise channel managers and sales reps on complex partner deals.
  • Quote Creation & Management: Prepare accurate, compliant quotes for distributors and resellers.
  • Deal Structuring: Advise on pricing, discounting, and commercial terms while maintaining margin discipline.
  • Renewals Support: Collaborate with renewals and customer success teams for timely renewals.
  • Successful Deal Closure: Coordinate internal teams to complete all deal steps accurately and on time.
  • Compliance & Policy Enforcement: Ensure deals meet internal policies and pricing guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Legal, Finance, and Channel Operations to resolve blockers.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track metrics, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
  • Channel Program Support: Assist with operational execution of partner-related programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations in SaaS preferred.
  • Strong understanding of channel sales with distributor and indirect reseller ecosystems.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CPQ systems, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS pricing, licensing, and partner programs.
  • Willingness to work shift patterns aligning with European or US teams.
