Job Description
As a Senior Business Development Manager - North America at Freshworks, you will generate qualified opportunities through rigorous prospecting and research in your target market. You will engage high-profile prospects, build an effective sales pipeline, and serve as the face of Freshworks.
- Perform extensive research on assigned accounts and build a pipeline.
- Conduct creative outreach through emails and campaigns.
- Deliver compelling pitches to high-profile company personas.
- Present product capabilities using PowerPoint presentations.
- Maintain a meticulous record in CRM and update meeting minutes.
Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years in a customer-facing sales/BD role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Empathy for customer needs and effective collaboration skills.
- Experience in cold calling and understanding sales metrics.
- Ability to multi-task, research, and conduct effective presentations.
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS companies.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo.
- Track record of consistently overachieving targets.
