- Monitor order progress and ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance.
- Maintain ongoing client communication and manage relationship follow-ups.
- Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and billing documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections in Excel.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
- Support basic accounting functions and documentation processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and management teams.
