Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling order enquiries and confirmations.
• Coordinate with production supervisors and workers to plan and execute daily production schedules.
• Monitor order progress and ensure timely dispatch and quality compliance.
• Maintain ongoing client communication and manage relationship follow-ups.
• Track customer payments, outstanding balances, and billing documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections in Excel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and financial reports.
• Support basic accounting functions and documentation processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between sales, production, and management teams.
