Role Overview
The Business Development Manager Dutch role is focused on generating new business opportunities in the beauty and wellness sector. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will collaborate with the commercial team and potential partners, driving growth by achieving sales KPIs and managing the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed sales KPIs.
- Reach out to entrepreneurs via phone, email, and field sales.
- Present, promote, and sell products through product demos.
- Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Offer feedback on market trends and partner requirements.
- Follow-up rigorously on all qualified inbound leads using the CRM.
- Act as the first point of contact for all commercial partner activities.
What We Seek
We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, fluent in both English and Dutch. Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is a plus, and prior experience in the beauty & wellness sector is a bonus. Passion, potential, and a willingness to learn are highly valued at Fresha.
The Hiring Process
- Screening Call: 30-minute video conversation with a Talent Team member.
- Experience & Skills Interview: 45-minute video call with the General Manager.
- Final Presentation: 75-minute in-person session with the Chief Commercial Officer and General Manager.
