About the Role

The Senior Payroll Transformation Business Analyst at Fresenius Medical Care will assist in executing the global payroll strategy from input validation to disbursement. You will collaborate with HR, IT, vendors, and local teams to drive process improvement, design discussions, testing, communication, and change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement payroll governance and process strategy.
  • Capture and migrate local policies into shared services.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to translate business requirements.
  • Facilitate training, system updates, and communication.
  • Support continuous improvement through process enhancements.

Requirements

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 6+ years of payroll or transformation experience, and strong analytical skills. Familiarity with payroll systems, HCM platforms such as Workday, Microsoft tools, and possibly ServiceNow is essential. Fluency in English and an additional European language is preferred along with flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel.
